Oly Magic Mirror Advertising Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all advertisers who purchase or subscribe to the Oly Magic Mirror Advertising service provided by O’Living Pte Ltd.

1. Advertising Package

The advertisement package includes display exposure on Magic Mirrors within  salon outlet in Singapore Island wide.

The final outlet and mirror placement will be subject to availability, campaign scheduling, system readiness, and operational arrangements by O’Living Pte Ltd.

2. Capped  Promotional Designs

Advertiser is required to provide minimum 1 and max 3 designs to be advertised over a period of 6 months. 

3. Payment Terms

Full payment must be made before the advertisement campaign is confirmed and activated.

Advertising slots are only reserved after successful payment has been received.

O’Living Pte Ltd reserves the right to release any unpaid or unconfirmed advertising slot without prior notice.

4. Refund Policy

Advertisers may request a refund within 7 days from the date of payment, provided that the advertisement campaign has not started or gone live.

Approved refunds will be subject to a 10% processing fee, which will be deducted from the total amount paid.

After 7 days from the date of payment, all payments are strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether the advertiser has submitted the artwork or used the full campaign period.

5. Campaign Activation

The campaign will only be activated after:

1. Full payment has been received
2. Advertisement artwork has been submitted
3. Artwork has been reviewed and approved
4. Campaign schedule has been confirmed by O’Living Pte Ltd

Any delay in artwork submission may delay the campaign start date.

6. Artwork Submission

Advertisers are required to provide ready-to-use advertisement artwork in the required format.

Accepted formats may include:

PNG, JPG, MP4 video, or other formats size 900 X 1600 pix approved by O’Living Pte Ltd.

Artwork should include clear branding, key message, QR code if applicable, and a suitable call-to-action.

O’Living Pte Ltd may reject, request revision, or refuse to display any artwork that is unclear, inappropriate, misleading, offensive, illegal, or not aligned with the salon environment.

7. Advertisement Content Responsibility

The advertiser is fully responsible for ensuring that all advertisement content, claims, images, promotions, pricing, QR codes, contact details, and offers are accurate, legal, and do not infringe any third-party rights.

O’Living Pte Ltd shall not be responsible for any incorrect information, misleading claims, expired promotions, broken QR links, or inaccurate contact details provided by the advertiser.

8. Display Arrangement

The advertisement will be displayed on Magic Mirrors within the agreed campaign period.

Display frequency, rotation, timing, and placement may vary depending on system scheduling, outlet operations, technical conditions, and other active campaigns.

O’Living Pte Ltd does not guarantee exclusive display unless specifically agreed in writing.

9. Technical Interruption

In the event of temporary technical issues, maintenance, system downtime, outlet closure, mirror servicing, or other operational interruptions, O’Living Pte Ltd may, where reasonable, extend the affected display period or provide an alternative arrangement.

No cash refund will be provided for minor or temporary interruptions.

10. No Guaranteed Sales or Results

Oly Magic Mirror Advertising is intended to provide brand exposure, visibility, and customer engagement opportunities.

O’Living Pte Ltd does not guarantee sales, leads, enquiries, QR scans, customer conversion, or business results from the advertisement campaign.

11. Cancellation By Advertiser

If the advertiser cancels the campaign after the 7-day refundable period, no refund will be provided.

If the campaign has already started, no refund, partial refund, or unused-period credit will be given.

12. Right To Reject or Remove Advertisement

O’Living Pte Ltd reserves the right to reject, pause, remove, or stop any advertisement that is deemed unsuitable, offensive, misleading, unlawful, damaging to the company’s reputation, or inappropriate for salon customers.

In such cases, O’Living Pte Ltd may request the advertiser to submit revised artwork.

13. Changes To Campaign Details

Any request to change artwork, campaign period, QR code, offer details, or contact information must be submitted in advance.

Approval of changes is subject to operational availability and may require additional processing time.

By making payment or subscribing to the Oly Magic Mirror Advertising service, the advertiser confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
